1Large Bowl =200ml
Cabbage – 200gm
Tomato – 25gm
Garlic – 2gm (2clove)
Ginger – 5gm (1inch ginger)
Salt – To taste
Black pepper – To taste
Water – 1glass
STEP-1 Add all ingredients in cooker and boil it for 3 whistle.
STEP-2 Cool and put into a mixer jar and grind till smooth Or you can mashed it.
STEP-3 Add lemon juice and mix and bring it to a boil. Pour into bowls and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
